Pimsleur Conversational Thai
- Published July 29, 2008
We now have the popular Pimsleur Conversational Thai audio CD course in stock in the Farang Thai shop.
Pimsleur courses are purely audio, no books are read nor is any writing part of the program. You simply listen and repeat at very specific intervals designed for maximum memory retention.
If you are interested in developing a well rounded understanding of Thai then you should also get your hands on some of our other products to assist with reading and writing.
Pimsleur Conversational Thai will however give you plenty of practice listening to and learning how to speak Thai.

Gift certificates can be valued between $25 and $200 with GST added to the price of the certificate at checkout. Certificates are sent via email to the recipient's email address, specified when you purchasing online.
Gift certificates continue to be a great idea when you just don't know what to buy for someone while also giving them the freedom to choose.
Farang Thai Trademark Registered
- Published June 2, 2008
We are pleased to announce that we have successfully registered Farang Thai ® as a trademark here in Australia.
By registering our trademark we not only hope to protect our name but also demonstrate our ongoing commitment to provide Thai learners products well into the future. We realise that some people are still a little hesitant when it comes to buying online so the trademark may also help reassure our cutomers that they are dealing with a genuine Australian company.
English for Thai Speakers
- Published May 10, 2008
After receiving requests for products to help Thai speakers learn English we now stock Paragon English Volume 1.
Paragon English comes with a course book and accompanying audio CD, with the CD including clear instructions in Thai. The book itself is written in both English and Thai so it can be used by a Thai speaker alone or with and English speaking instructor or tutor.
Farang Thai Forum Closed
- Published April 27, 2008
We have decided to close the Farang Thai forum after little activity over the past few months. Unfortunately forums continue to attract spammers who are only interested in posting ads to their dodgy web sites. Monitoring and maintaining the forum therefore becomes more problematic than it's worth.
Instead we have now moved our online store to the location of the old forum. So now instead of visiting www.farangthai.com.au/shop/ to buy our products online, you can now simply visit www.farangthai.com.au.
We apologise the our genuine forum users and thank you for joining our site.
