The Paiboon Publishing brand is now being represented in Australia by Auspire Pty Ltd, the same company behind our online store here at Farang Thai.

Paiboon Publishing (Australia) offer most of the same Thai products we do plus language materials for Vietnamese, Burmese, Cambodian and Lao (Laotian). Already the Vietnamese and Lao products have been very popular which is great to see.

This post is a little off topic however I'm sure some of you may be interested. Auspire Pty Ltd has just launched another website: www.vietnameseforbeginners.com.au which an excellent product if you want to learn vietnamese.

Similar to our very own Thai For Beginners, Vietnamese For Beginners is a book and audio CD pack however this time there are three CDs instead of two.

We are pleased to announce that we now have the Three Way Thai-English Dictionary available from our store.

The three sections of this Thai dictionary are:

• English section.
• Thai script.
• Thai sounds.
  

Whether you can read the Thai characters or not, this dictionary will prove very useful to the serious student and keen traveller alike!

We are pleased to announce the launch of our product update email newsletter. It's purpose is to inform subscribers of new thai learning materials as they become available on our site, plus we'll keep readers in the know about sales and offers we have.

Today I went had a closer look at the Austin Bush photoblog. Austin is a brilliant photographer who takes beautiful, candid photos of people just going about their business and places in Thailand amongst other Asian countries.

The AIT are a social network for Australians living in Thailand (Bangkok in particular) and those with a close connection to Australia. They host various social events throughout the year so you never feel too far from home.
